Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in Microsoft Word file format.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses Times New Romans with 11-point font; all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.

Author Guidelines

Author guidelines

  1. Prior to submission, register and log in as an author to the system [journal.qiteplanguage.org].
  2. Manuscript should be original, unpublished or not under review for possible publication in other journals or media; it must not contain plagiarism/should not exceed 25% of plagiarism.
  3. The Manuscript must be clearly written in academic English using Microsoft Words (doc/docx) with the following format:
  • Times New Romans, font 11, 
  • spacing condensed 0,3 pt, 
  • single spacing on A4-paper size with space of 3 cm (left, right and bottom) and 2,5 cm top, and
  • the manuscript should contain between 5,000 to 7,000 words with single space (excluding the Abstract section), in two columns style (except for the main title, the author's name, and the abstract) and space between columns is 0,8 mm.
  1. The title of the manuscript is written not more than 15 words in capitalize, bold, centered, font size 14 of Times New Romans.
  2. The main headings include ABSTRACT, INTRODUCTION, METHOD, FINDINGS AND DISCUSSION, CONCLUSION and REFERENCES. Authors are allowed to use subheadings under the main headings. If necessary, ACKNOWLEDGMENT and APPENDIX may be included (will not be counted as part of 5.000-7.000 words for the manuscript).
  3. The manuscript must include 100–250 words abstract and 3-5 keywords. The abstract of research paper should include aims of the research, methodology, findings and contribution to the journal’s audience.
  4. Full name(s) of the author(s) must be stated (without titles), along with the institution and email address. 
  5. The main headings are highly recommended to have the following contents and proportions 
  • Introduction consists of the background of the study, research problems, research objectives, research gaps, and literature review presented in the form of paragraphs with a proportion of 20% of the whole manuscript length (Maximum of 1400 words).
  • The method section consists of descriptions concerning the research design, research site, research data (participants or documents), data collection techniques and data analysis with a proportion of 10% of the total manuscript length (Maximum of 700 words).
  • The findings and discussion section consist of a description of the results of the data analysis to answer the research question(s) and their meanings seen from current theories and references of the area addressed. Findings and Discussion can be written together or separately. The proportion of this section is 60% of the total manuscript length (Maximum of 4200 words).
  • The conclusion section consists of 150-275 words of the summary and restatement of the main findings. The proportion of the conclusion and references section is 10% of the total manuscript length (Maximum of 700 words).
  • Figures and tables should be supplied in an electronic format at a suitable size for printing with high-quality resolutions.
  1. The manuscript should have at least 15 references and must follow the APA 7th style. The sources cited preferably come from those published in the last ten years. The sources cited are primary sources in the form of reputable journal articles (strongly recommended), books, research reports and dissertations.
  2. Submit the manuscript to the online system of [journal.qiteplanguage.org] or send it to email [journal.seaqil@gmail.com].
